There are several ways to get in contact with us…
The best way to get in contact with us is to send a message to one of our private message boxes on the forums, it’s best you send the message to multiple staff members just encase one of us is away or busy for a long period of time. We’re only human and we get a lot of messages so bare with us we aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
Social Networks
We heavily monitor our Twitter so if you need a quick response, or need to alert us to a problem Twitter is the best route to take. If your not already be sure to follow our Twitter (@TheHaloCouncil) for all the latest news and updates.
We do not currently monitor our Facebook, or Youtube message boxes, please refrain from messaging us on those networks as you will not get a response or any guarantee of your message being read.
Other methods of contact
If you are trying to contact The Halo Council on an official capacity or in a more formal manner we ask you compose a email and send it to one of the following addresses, we do our best to reply within one working day, however sometimes during peak periods this is not possible, for the best result we recommend giving us a shout on Twitter to let us know you have tried to contact us.
